Refund policy

Every Parametric Timber piece is made to order for you, so our return and cancellation terms reflect that.

Cancelling an order

You may cancel for a full refund before production of your piece begins. Please contact us as soon as possible at parametrictimber@gmail.com. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded, because the piece has been made specifically for you.

Custom and made-to-order pieces

Made-to-order and custom-sized pieces are final sale once production has begun and cannot be returned for change of mind.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your piece arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, please inquire within 48 hours of delivery at parametrictimber@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will repair or replace the piece, or refund you, depending on what is most appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
