These terms apply to your use of the Parametric Timber website (parametrictimber.ca) and to purchases made from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

About us

Products and made-to-order work

Our wall art and furniture are made to order. Each piece is produced individually after your order is placed. Because pieces are handmade, small variations in grain, colour and finish are normal and are part of the character of the work. Product photos and renderings are for illustration and may differ slightly from the finished piece.

Custom sizing and rendering requests

Designs can be resized on request. Any custom size, finish or rendering will be confirmed with you before production begins. Free rendering requests are provided as a courtesy and do not create an obligation to purchase.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. We may correct pricing or description errors and will contact you if an order is affected. Payment is processed securely through Shopify.

Returns and cancellations

Returns, cancellations and damage claims are described in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All designs, images, text and other content on this site belong to Parametric Timber and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Parametric Timber is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
